HAPPY AUSTRALIA  DAY!

 

So this week has been great. First off, Sister Kava is my STL (Sister Training Leader) and we had interchanges. IT WAS THE BEST! I loved it cos we spent 2 nights together and we were just catching up on life. And the thing is, Me and Kava together... we kill it! #BossLadies Lol! And it was so good to be with her cos she is legit my bestfriend!

 

Man, so this week was good and then it made it even better cos my step-dad (in the mission) who is now AP, Elder Monsen came to work with our ZLs and so that was awesome to see him too. So I got to see all of my family #MyMissionFamBam...

 

But yeah, I love the mission. Our area is still super new to us... but we love it and now we don't have any bikes so like... friiick mon! Its crazy! I never thought I'd ever say this but... I MISS MY BIKE!!! I never used to even like the damn thing but now I'm like.. I miss my bike!!!! But yeah I love you guys. I am so excited for President Cook tomorrow... AHHHH! I wanna cry! But yeah, tell yous about it next week.

Man I love you guys! Be good! Tell my Daddy I love him and kiss my 7 babies for me... I LOVE YOU!

Happy New Year Darlings!

HAPPY NEW YEAR MY LOVES!

2016 WAAAHT!

The year I complete my mission. I so don't wanna come home. SUCKS SO BAD!

But... es la vida! It will all be okay I guess. Hopefully by the time my 9 more months are up, I will be ready or I might just run away. Lol! #JokesNotJokes But omg, I hate changes.

 

We just got told our changes... I am staying in the same house with Sister Hirsch but we are getting new comps and new areas. But same house. Crazy! We got the elders area and we are whitewashing. So I am still in Corozal. But not Corozal 3, I am in Corozal 2. 

She JUST got out of training and knows NO ENGLISH. So my second Latina but I LOVE HER TO DEATH!  Her name is Sister Barrientos from Guatemala.

She only has 4 months in the mission and legit JUST finished her training. She got sent here to Belize with NO ENGRRRISH! Its hard for her and she gets overwhelmed and cries sometimes, but I love her to death! She is amazing! But its cool, cos our area is mostly Spanish. Good for her but I still want her to learn alot of English with me because if she goes to an area with no Spanish (cos theres heaps) then who will help her? LOL! So yeah thats what we will do.

So the 4 of us live together, me, B, Hirsch (my old soa) and her new soa Sister Maceda from Mexico who also speaks NO ENGLISH. But in my old area, its all english so poor Maceda but she will learn fast. I LOVE THE MISSION AND IT IS ALL GOING WAY TOO FAST!!!!

Some of my boys are leaving BUT my bestfriend Kava is coming to my Zone. I love it! And she is my sister training leader and so EXCHANGES!!!

I was starting to forget Spanish being over here in Belize but now I have B and I am getting it back! I don't speak CREOLE! It's weird English! 

Yesterday we had to go to Belize City for immigration stuff and missed out on our PDAY. Because Belize City is THREE HOURS from us. Took up my whole pday. I was so blahhh! But oh well! Hehe

My President dies(finishes his mission as our president) in June :'( I am going to DIE !!!!! I don't want him to go.. but we already know the name of our new one. President Adams. Omg, on the 20th President Cook is coming to Belize to talk to us missionaries. Super personal cos theres only like 56 of us. CRAZY!!! And on the 26th is a missionary wide world conference. Everyones freaking out cos they have NEVER had this before in the world. Its a big announcement that everyone is anticipating. Scary stuff but we shall see... maybe they'll give us guns or something LOL! Nah jokes. But one of my elders told me that they have been thinking about making mission time shorter because thats alot of the reasons why people dont serve because of how long it is. But we shall see, only God knows and only with time will we know. #BePrepared! Anyways. I love you guys so much. I gotta go. Stay awesome. The Church is True. I LOVE YOU!  Next week we are going to see one of the ruins called Lamanai (google it). I love you guys. Gotta go.

Feliz Navidad!

Hey guys!

How are you all? I miss yous heaps! Life out here in Belize is crazy amazing! I LOVE IT! Hows good ol' Oz? I kinda miss it but not heaps. How was Christmas? 

Well Christmas Eve was really my Christmas because that is when I got to speak to you guys. I loved it! It really was that breath of fresh air that I needed. You always need something like that right? Okay... so Christmas day! 

All the shops are closed and so we were pretty screwed LOL but the Casaneda family invited us over to eat and so that was awesome. And then OMG we had to ride 7 miles out to a place called Consejo Shores so that we could skype the gringos families. It was the biggest workout of my life but it was okay... Like I feel like I am pro at this bike thing now. Funny though cos they are taking our bikes away next week. The area presidency said so... and so some missionaries arent that happy about it #MySoa but like I dont care. walking, riding a bike, crawling... I gotta do the work of the Lord.

And I love it, I love it! 

So I gave my first talk in my Corozal branch yesterday and I spoke on HAPPINESS! It was great. My new years reolution is TO BE HAPPY... So HAPPY NEW YEARS GUYS AND I WILL TALK TO  YOU NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The QUEENS Birthday!

Hey yall...

So I dont have much time cos, well I never do. BUT my birthday was HEKTIK.

 I loved it and I was able to be with everyone of my crew cos we had to go to Belice City to get our immigration stuff in order. It was awesome!
 

I loved it. And Kava bought me stuff and sent it with some of the Elders to give to me. I loved it guys.

 If you wanna send me packages, I sent the new address to Aso.  Elder Gifford and Elder Guerrero bought me plush toys for my birthday.

We had to wake up at 4am to get a bus to go to Belize City cos its like 3 hours away from here. Crazy! So the sun hadn't even come up and we were on a bus.

But it was a good day. I love this country and I love my area. I love my companion and life is good.

The bikes? No love just yet... but its growing on me lol. I LOVE YOU GUYS. This Christmas, focus on the Saviour and the real reason for the season.

 

He was born for us. Imagine the world without a Saviour... In a nutshell... it would suck.

I can't BELIZE itttttttttt...

Yuh beta BELIZE it... Yep I am in Belize!

 

So much has happened in this short week but I will try and tell you everything.

Okay so, after we wrote Monday we went and ate as a zone at Papa Johns. Como siempre. And we spent all day with Lucy because I love her and I knew it was my last Pday in Ayutuxtepeque. Omg, I'm like tearing up thinking about my beautiful Ayutuxtepeque :'( I miss it so much!  I have faith that I will go back.

So Tuesday was the multizona (thanksgiving) and it was great, we got to see errbody which is always good and to hear from our mission parents. I love them. Then, at the end Sister Hintze comes up to me and Lino and says "President wanted me to tell you two that you need to be at the office tomorrow at 6:30am with your suitcases because you are going to Belize." As soon as the words left her mouth, I bawled my eyes out. I was so sad. And she asks "Are you sad or happy?" because usually missionaries are happy to go to Belize right? Lol! WRONG! Hahahaha. So I went and told my zone and I went and told my companion and all my Latina girls and everyone starts crying.  And Sister Hintze is like "I shouldnt have told you until tonight because now everyone is crying" hahahaha! I was depressed to the days man! And then we find out that Maliga and Fiu are coming with us and we were pumped as! I was still kinda sad but stoked too that I was going with my Polys... except Sitani. But hes coming next change cos hes in the office. And we also got a new Poly Elder Kaufusi from Cali... Hes Linos cousin. And he'll be the only Poly in El Salvs when Sitani comes out to Belize.

 

So then anyways, Wednesday was Belize day and we spent all day in the office with everyone. I was so wasted cos all Tuesday night I was crying and packing. I didn't sleep. And saying goodbye to everyone was the most depressing thing of my life. I didn't even cry saying goodbye to you guys. But I bawled my eyebolos out saying goodbye to my lessactives, recent converts and investigators. It was the saddest thing that my little heart had to deal with. I MISS AYUTUXTEPEQUE!!!!!!!!!!!

And then anyways, trying to pack and keep under the weight limit was THE WORST... Also, the nurse died my hair... hahahahaha! It was hektik... and then at the airport I like bawled my eyes out cos we had permission to call home and all the gringos called and I called Samoa (auntys number) and noone answered. I tried 3 times and then after I went and lay down with my pillow and teddy bear that the fuentes family gave me and I cried cried cried.... but fiu couldnt talk either so I didnt feel that bad but still I just kept crying... Anyways.

I am in COROZAL and Belize is fairly new to the Gospel and so there are no wards here, only branches... But its an awesome country. Its all English, Creole, SPANGLISH! And I miss Spanish heaps. So I gotta go, I have more to say but got no time. I LOVE YOU GUYS! The church is true, and the Book of Mormon is the word of God. Do work and be an example. I LOVE YOU GUYS HEAPS.

DULCE!!!

Yesterday Dulce* got bapstised!!! I kinda teared up cos... well I don't know baptisms are just beautiful things. Dulce is the hermana of Eduardo (our baptism from Sepptember). It was awesome to see her be baptised and I love their family so much!

 
 

 

Tomorrow we are having a multizona for Thanksgiving. The whole mission, menos Belice. But I am excited because I've never celebrated Thanksgiving before. I don't have a clue what it is... But we shall see. #Excited.

 

How cute is this... I tell my district that I'm 90% sure that I'm getting changed this change and they had a distrtict fast so that I won't get changed. Hahahaha! I fasted too, but it was just nice to know that I have friends ya know? Lol! But anyways... Its like a rollercoaster for me. Sometimes I wanna get changed and then sometimes I don't... Its like on the movie Tangled how Rapunzel's leaving the tower and she's so happy and then the next second she's crying because she doesn't wanna leave... Yeah these are my feelings at this present moment. I wanna know a new place and everything but I love my area and everyone in it. But no modo, just like the hymn... I'll go where He wants me to go, yeah? I know that whatever happens in life, is not by coincidence... NOTHING IS COINCIDENCE. Everything happens for a reason. Anyways... times up. I love you guys. Send my love to everyone and tell the Samoan people to buy me kalo chips and ies please? And maybe... more. Hahahaha! joking.

Oh, I have like no time today because we are going hiking at a mountain thing... I know I know I am going to die! Oh Uili! ... that is the SADDEST thing I have heard in a while. Man... hows Lele and Junior? Send my love to them if you see them. Does that mean noone from our family will be there for the funeral? Oh poor Alofa... and the boys! Aw man. Makes me wanna cry. Did you cry? I wouldve bawled my eyes out. Im such a sook these days so its normal.

Aw man, I miss you guys. But when I think about coming home I get even more sad lol. And to think that these people that I have fallen so in love with, I had no idea existed 8 months ago... CRAZY!!! So we had interviews with President Thursday and he told me that its 99% sure that I am leaving my area, my second home AYUTUXTEPEQUE. I am so depressed. I feel like I'm leaving my home again and saying goodbye to my family.

Ive already started saying my goodbyes and taking photos with everyone LMAO! But anyways... thats the biggest news so far! Why is the mission so full of changes? Why is the world so full of changes? I dont like it to be honest.

But ooooohhhhh, Gosford stake huh? QUE CHIVO! Man, how are you guys? Cant believe half of you are going to Samoa. Freaaaakkk! All the partying starts to happen when I leave huh? Lol!
