Hey guys? What’s up? I miss you all so much. This week just flew by so fast. I feel like I was just here writing. But I guess that’s the mission. It just flies on by... Its going too fast I want to cry. When I think about finishing my mission I just wanna cry. But I am doing all I can every day because NO REGRETS when I get home right? I love this Gospel with all of my heart. It is the best thing that I could ever do is preach the Gospel here to the people of this country. I want to extend because I feel like its going way too fast, but then I remember that IM GOING TO BE A MAID OF HONOUR and so I need to calm my farm HAHAHAHA! Man I love you guys alot. Hey GENERAL CONFERENCE THIS WEEK. YEAAAAAAAAAAAH! Also, can someone please give me President Whitings email I wanna write to him.  Kiss my babies for me, and my daddy. I LOVE YOU GUYS HEAPS. DO WORK, DO GOOD THINGS. THIS CHURCH IS TRUE, DONT DOUBT IT.... THERE IS NO OTHER CHURCH ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH THAT HAS ALL THE TRUTHS AS DOES THIS GOSPEL. I LOVE YOU GUYS....

Honestly though, I hit 6 months on Friday and just wanted to bawl my little eyes out. Time is going by way too fast and I think at times... ¿WHAT AM I GOING TO DO IF I FINISH MY MISSION?... and then I realise that its not an IF... I actually have to finish one day. I DON'T WANNA! :,(

But it’s okay because I am working my butt off and doing all that I can to help people come unto Christ, that is my purpose. 

But anyways... I don't think I told you guys but Hermana Lino is in my zone and it is just the best because sometimes I just miss home but her and Kava always remind me of my sisters. Kava was like all 5 of you in one and Lino is like Eternity and they're the same height too so sometimes I wanna cry. But I don't... well maybe I do LOL. She told me last night she wants me in her line hahahahaha so baggy... NAH JOKES. But I swear that's all they talk about at church, EVERYWHERE! #DatMissionLifeTho

Anyways, Hermana Martinez (my soa) she is such a little cutie. She was with me in the CCM and we came here together. She doesn't speak a lick of English (but we are working on that) and I am learning Spanish faster because of it. But it’s great! 

We had a baptism yesterday and it was so amazing!

I wanted to cry because Eduardo (our recently baptised friend) is just so ready. He wants to serve a mission already. He’s only 16 but isn't it just beautiful? I asked him where would he like to serve and he said Japan and I told him that's where my sister served and he was real interested in that. We try and practice Japanese together but you know how great I am with Japanese... NAAAHT! My 7th grade Japanese skills were kicking in and I remembered Mrs Dickson... #HatedJapaneseClass and her Pocky sticks HAHAHAHA. I'm like cracking up by myself here in the ciburg but like I don't care. I think my zone thinks I'm crazy. Yolo! Anyways, his little sister and brother and grandma are to be baptised on the 10th of Octubre and I AM SO EXCITED! Because, I love this family with all of my heart.

It's so weird how you only know these people for such a short time but you can love them with all of your heart as if you've known them for a lifetime. Well we did know them in the pre-existence but you know what I mean.

Tuesdays and Fridays we teach English class (Me and Lino) and it’s actually funny as. Because we speak English but we don't know the rules to it, you know? And so the classes are like... #theStruggleIsREAAALLL you know... But it’s exciting. And you realise just how hard English really is. 

Also we've been teaching this girl named Rosio, she turns 18 this month and her boyfriend is a member, she said she likes the church and everything but her mum is super catholic and so we are taking it slow with her. But she’s so nice and her and her boyfriend are the cutest!!!

Also, 6:30 struggles are real right? So we told Elder Herrera and Elder Aguilar that we would meet up at our chapel at 6am to start exercise... HAHAHAHA Like at 6:20 they call us and tell us they've been waiting for ages so we get changed so fast and book it down to the chapel. Poor things had been waiting I just kept laughing but I don’t think they were happy HAHAHAHA. So we walked down to the field to do exercise... well as much as you can do with your eyes shut cos you're so tired at that hour LOL. But it’s cool, this week we will really start doing it with excitement lol. Ahhh I miss you guys so much. This change has gone so fast. I wish it would all just slow down. I need to hold these memories forever ya know? 

Anyways today we have Pday with Zone LAYCO and me and Lino are heaps excited cos that's Fiu's zone. So Ill send photos with that next week. Anyways, I love you guys heaps. And I pray for your guys 24/8 for reals.

Oh one more thing, Bishop asks me on Friday to speak and so I’m freaking out. Then on Saturday night calls me and speaks English and says [Sister Loli, you are very lucky. You don’t have to speak tomorrow... hahahaha I was so happy. It was because the stake were coming. But yes, the best news lol. But anyways... I love you guys. 

This work is the work of the Lord, and we need to take it serious. We are ALL missionaries. SO we need to show it in every way possible. This week invite a friend to church, or work with the missionaries. THEY NEED YOU! We can’t do this without the members. The members are key. WORK WITH THE MISSIONARIES!!!! Les Amo un monton!!!!!!

But I love this work like no other. It is the best thing I have ever done and probably will ever do. I miss it already and I still have a year left... Lol!

Well, today in a year I will be on the plane home... how depressing yeah? I don’t wanna leave.

But let’s live in the present, the future is depressing hahaha! Well got to go…

This life is for me ...

The other night I dreamt that I was in my last change (last area/transfer) and then I dreamt of the plane ride home and then my talk when I was back in Toronto Ward... I was bawling my eyes out.

 

I woke up crying, I just felt so EMPTY and I hated the feeling so much.... ahhhhh! I know that this life is for me and I can’t see myself being anywhere else. I love it here so much! I honestly do!

Can you imagine if I didn’t FINALLY decide to serve? Remember how close I was to not coming out here? Freak that would have sucked big time!

I love the mission. I love this church with ALL of me. It is so true it makes me want to cry sometimes. It just all makes sense. EVERYTHING!!!!!! How could people not believe? I just don’t understand.

Nah, jokes. Anyways... it’s that time again. That Monday, P-Day, feel good vibes... But really, Mondays aren't all that great anymore. Lol. En serio. Actually a little boring. Pero, si... 

Hermana Ojeda and I - Change Meeting

It’s that CHANGE time again. 

And yeah, another one bites the dust... The Belize dust. My companion, Hermana Wagner is going to Belize and so Wednesday I receive a new companion. Meeeeerrrr! I am pretty sure she will be a Latina. First, because I have been praying for one to improve my Spanish. Second, because I need to learn Spanish LOL. But we had interviews with President and he said my accent is really good and I should be proud of that and so... half way there... maybe LOL! 

But highlight of the week…

PRESIDENT RUSSELL M. NELSON came and spoke to us. It was just the best!!!

I sat right in the front because it’s a once in a lifetime experience right? But it was so freaking good! He is a true apostle of God. You can just feel it, and he really taught us what we needed to hear.

 I like bawled my eyes out. But knowing me, I cry over everything lol. #Hopeless. It was also so good because it was ALL THE MISSIONARIES in El Salvador. So there were like 500 missionaries there. IT WAS SO GOOD! So it was our mission: El Salvador Oeste/Belice, El Salvador Este and Santa Ana. And then it showed via satellite to our Belice missionaries and all the missions in Guatemala. I found two Samoan sisters J - one from each mission, yeah I know… trust me to find the Samoans hahaha. But yeah it was cool! They were both from California. And they both know Tasi. So that was cool. It was so good, saw some people from the CCM which was cool too. But the coolest part was being able to shake his hand. President Nelson. TRULY A MAN OF GOD!

Anyways, I best fly!  Gotta go clean my house and go buy food... but I love you... ya sabe! 

I KNOW THAT GOD LIVES... I know this with ALL OF MY HEART.

There is no doubt in my mind, no doubt in my heart. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the TRUTH and the LIGHT in the world today.

There is no other true church, this is it. COME UNTO CHRIST... the only way we can be saved is through Him.

Crying people unto repentance and preaching the Gospel is kinda hard sometimes but then when you remember that these people are literally our brothers and sisters. It becomes easy because it gives you that desire to share your testimony and share this truth that you have.

It is realamente the GOOD NEWS! I didn't come to the other side of the world just to talk to gang members and eat pupusas lol. THIS IS THE LORDS WORK and I am BLESSED to be a servant of the MOST  HIGH!

Well I love you all.  Be good examples of believers. Do your part and He will do the rest! Don’t stress it. He has our backs more than anyone else.

The Atonement is REAL! Use it, everyday... cada dia! I love you guys. Pray always, our Heavenly Father wants to hear from you.

Hey. I miss yous! Whats been happening? And so... this week was interesting... I ordered a pizza over the phone and it was supposed to be a normal pizza, but this is what happened. Hahaha! So yeah, my Spanish obviously isn´t quite there yet BUT all good in the hood. It will come, I have faith. And I know that it will come.

So this week... when we walked down the road, we walked past a taxi stand. And one of the less active members works there. While they wait for business they just hang out right. But we see him with a smoke in his hand. OMG! We walk over and he puts it out. Then, his friend Kevin, who is hektik and we want to teach him, comes over and says ...¨he has more in the car hermanas¨ so then we go and get the packet (Wagner wanted to flush them down the toilet but I told her the sewage isn't that great so we just put them in the gutter) so we machete´d them. Like it was a good lesson, I was like nearly in tears telling him that he needs to be an example to his son and when he was baptised he made a covenant with God, and these things aren't jokes. You can't just play with these promises that we make with God. It makes me sad man. Honestly. 

We also had a night in Texas where we did a line dance and we had 12 investigators come. It was great! The youth in this ward are heaps supportive and there are so many of them. I just love this ward and how supportive they are!!! We got a new ward mission leader, Hermano Urrutia. So this will be exciting. Yesterday we went on divisions with the Molina sisters, I went with Melissa (the one that reminds me of Lulu) and Wagner went with Passely. It was cool because the ward are just really excited to work with us.

 

Sorry I am like rushing my stories and putting them all in one. But I need to go, no time you know. But I love you all, I love the work, THE CHURCH IS TRUE, and I am more than blessed to be here serving the Lord and being a respresentative of Jesus Christ.

 

I love you guys. Do your part, support the missionaries, work with them, they need you. Every member a missionary! This is a war we are in, the time is now, we need to choose which side we are on and there are only two sides, dont be a fence sitter!

 

FAITH IS ACTION... Be an example. I love you all so much! Until next Monday!
